Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Every year our olive trees planted around the farmhouse give us special extra virgin olive oils.
We harvest our olives by hand in the months of October and November and bring them to the oil mill within twenty-four hours from picking. The fruits are pressed with a continuous cycle system, in order to preserve all sensory features and nutritional properties.
The harvest of 2019 has now ended: we are very happy with the results we have obtained.
Despite this last harvest season was not an easy one due to discrepancies among different areas, hostile weather conditions and the presence of the olive fly, we were able to obtain excellent evoos thanks to our careful management and our great passion in carrying out the work.
